Kakha Tsikarishvili has become the chairman of "Article 42 of the Constitution". He was elected by the Board of the organization in March, 2019 and shall execute this authority within 2 years.
In 1999 he graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law, specialty of Law. In 2004 he graduated from the American University, Washington Law College, where he was awarded a Master's Degree.
Kakha Tsikarishvili is a PhD student of the Faculty of Law of Tbilisi Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
In 1998-1999 he worked as a laboratory assistant at Department of criminal law and criminology of faculty of law at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
In 1999-2001 he worked at the Supreme Court of Georgia as a judge's assistant. In 2001 he worked as a lawyer for the World Bank's program "Court Management Associates". In the same period, 2001-2004, he worked as a lawyer for the American Lawyers Association (ABA CEELI).
In 2004-2005, he continued working in the EU Rule-of-Law Mission in Georgia (EUJUST THEMIS) as an assistant in legal matters. From 2005 to 2007, he worked as a legal counselor in the Norwegian Mission of Rule of Law Advisors to Georgia.
In 2007-2011 he worked as a Deputy Chief of the Judicial Administration and Management Reform Project (USAID JAMR). Since 2005 she has been working as a lecturer of the Comparative Criminal Course at Georgian Institute of Public Affairs.
In 2012-2013 and 2016-2018, he was a United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) expert in legal matters and in 2013-2015 he was a member of Disciplinary Panel of Judges of Common Courts of Georgia and in 2016 Assistant to the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Maia Asakashvili was elected as a member of the Board of "Article 42 of the Constitution" in 2018 for two-year term.
In 1989-1995 she graduated from Tbilisi Iv. Javakhishvili State University, faculty of philology, specializing in Georgian language and literature. In 2003-2005 she was awarded Doctoral Degree by Iakob Gogebashvili Special Education Pedagogical University (Corrective Pedagogy, Specialty- Oligopro teacher).
In 1993- 2004 she worked as a journalist of the newspaper "Republic of Georgia". Since 1997 she has been the founder and chairman of the board of the “Hearing and speech impaired Children's Aid Association".
In 2004-2007 she was the chairman of the "Independent Media Development Union".
In 2005-2009 she worked at the 205 public school (boarding school) as a school principal.
In 2006-2007 she was a lecturer at the Faculty of Education of Ilia Chavchavadze Pedagogical University, a lecturer at the faculty of special education pedagogy department, and special and inclusive education pedagogy PhD degree seeker.
In 2011-2013 she led the Ilia State University's Graduate and PhD programs Master’s Degree course ,,Sign Language Teaching Methodology" Georgia. Since 2012 till present time she is the Head of the Day Center for Persons with Disabilities.
In 2014-2016 she was the author and host of the first medical radio program "People with different abilities”; In 2014-2016 she was the deputy chief editor of the magazine "Imedi +". From 2016 onwards, she has been managing the wooden social enterprise "Skhivi".
In 2016-2017, she was a Trainer of “IT” modern methods of working with persons with intellectual restrictions using modern educational and therapeutic instruments.
